Appetizers:
Pint of Guinness:
A true Irish experince. Imported from Dublin, a thick creamy pint of
goodness
that every meal should start with! Wait for the perfect pint
to
settle (4 or 5 minutes) & enjoy. Remember, as you near the end
of
your pint, it is the custom to order another one. It is a well known
fact taht a bird does not fly on one wing.
Boneless Buffalo Wings:
We sold 23,000 pounds of these wings last
year. Try some for yourself and find out why! Hand breaded premium
chicken tenders
fried golden brown and smothered in a special buffalo wing sauce.
Served with celery and homemade blue cheese dressing. Try them wild, mild, or ouch.
Reserve Wings:
A sweet twist on the classic boneless wings "reserved" for customers in
the know.
Spinach-Artichoke
Dip:
Fresh baby spinach, artichoke hearts, and mix of chedder,pepper jack
and cream cheese. Served with corn tortilla chips.
Irish Nachos:
Thinly sliced potato skins topped with cheese sauce, sour cream
&
bacon bits. The only nachos in the area that taste as good with
Guinness as they do with Corona!
Garlic
Breadsticks:
A basket full of homemade, fresh out of the
oven,
soft breadsticks, seasoned with garlic and served with our spaghetti
sauce. In the mood for a little more? Order them Cheesy and we'll
top them with fresh mozzarella cheese.
Father John's
Famous Fish Chowder:
From
Father John's original recipe, served at Geaghan's since we opened in
1975. You'll never have a richer, more delicous fish chowder.

Molly's
Scallops:
A 6 oz. portion of fresh Maine sea scallops broiled and topped with
swiss cheese and bacon bits. Served with potato or rice pilaf,
vegetable of the day or tossed salad, and a fresh baked dinner roll. A fish dish created in honor of the beautiful
Dublin fishmonger Molly Mallone (a.k.a. "the dish with the fish").
Celtic Ribs
with Colcannon Potato:
"More meat than bone" makes these Celtic pork
ribs
something special. Sauced with either BBQ, honey mustard, hot wing, or
reserve sauce. Served with our homemade baked beans, Colcannon potato,
and a fresh baked dinner roll.
Corned Beef
and Cabbage:
An Irish-American tradition! Tasty corned beef
simmered until tender, served with fresh vegetables (cabbage, beets,
turnip, carrots and red potatoes) and a dinner roll.
The Dublin
Delight:
Eight ounces of our New York sirloin steak,
stuffed
with bacon, mushrooms, and onions. Charbroiled and topped with a wine
reduction sauce. Served with choice of potato and bakded beans or cole
slaw and a fresh baked roll.
The Monaghan Meatloaf Melt:
A
slice of meatloaf grilled and basted with Irish basting sauce placed on
a grilled homemade bun with Swiss cheeseand crisp bacon bits.
Served
with cole slaw, pickle and french fries or onion rings.
Haddock
O'Callaghan:
6oz.
portion of haddock topped with our cheese sauce and bacon
bits. Served with either potato or rice pilaf, vegetable of
the day or
tossed salad, and a fresh baked dinner roll.
Beef and
Colcannon Stew:
Chunks
of fork tender beef and garden fresh vegetables in a thick old style
broth, topped with colcannon potatoes.Served with a freshly tossed
salad, homemade bread & butter.
Pub Style Pepper Steak:
Eight
ounces of our Pub cut steak, marinated in Guinness Stout, spices and
topped with cracked peppercorn, charbroiled to your preference. Served
with choice of potato and baked beans or cole slaw and a fresh baked
roll.
Yankee Pot Roast:
A Geaghan's Pub classic for over 30 years!
Tasty
slices
of beef and real mashed potato covered with our savory gravy. Served
with the vegetable of the day or a garden fresh tossed salad, homemade
bread and butter.

Cut of Prime Rib:
Your choice of charbroiled to order or in Au Jus. Served with your

A fresh homemade roll filled to the brim with 4 oz. of Maine
Lobster.Served with french fries & cole slaw. Or try 4 oz. of

Desserts:
Brother
Peter's Famous Chocolate Cream Pie:
Made
with premium chocolate and topped with fresh whipped cream and
chocolate sauce. You can only find it here and we swear, zero calories.
Mrs.
Geaghan's Bread Pudding:
Made
from scrach using Mother Geaghan's family recipe. The woman cooked
every day for eleven kids. This old-time treat can be served
warm
or cool and topped with real whipped cream.
Brownie
Deluxe:
A
sinfully delicious concoction! It all starts with one of our warm
homemade fudge brownies, topped with ice cream, chocolate sauce and
walnuts. Watch out now!
Cheesecake:
A very
generous serving of a delicious old favorite. Our cheesecake has
been made fresh on the premises, using our father's recipe for over 30
years. May be served plain or with a cool berry topping.
