Since 1975, we at Geaghan’s Pub have been passionate about the community we grew up in, live in, work in, and serve. Our family has called the Bangor area home for generations and we intend to remain for generations to come. We take pride in the opportunities we have to serve, donate, and support worthy causes that uplift our friends and neighbors. While Geaghan’s Pub is thrilled by the opportunities to give, please know that we are unable to accommodate all donation requests. Donation requests are reviewed monthly. If we feel we can fulfill your request, you will hear back from us within 8 weeks of your submission. Due to the extraordinary number of great proposals, your proposal must be submitted 2 months in advance in order to assure the proper time for a full consideration. We’re proud to support many great groups and events each year and thank you for each proposal and the opportunity to give that it represents. Each year we donate to events and causes that are run by people with a passion for what they do and represent. Please note that we donate our restaurant gift cards and/or merchandise only. We do not offer any monetary sponsorships and are not able to fulfill any individual or team sponsorships. We take pride in being a family friendly establishment and marvel at the stories we hear from people of all ages reminiscing of coming to Geaghan’s Pub with their family as a child. We also, however, recognize that we are a pub and beer and alcohol sale is a large part of our business. With that, we feel it inappropriate to make donations that could involve advertisement or promotion directed toward groups under 21 years of age. We take our commitments to upholding the law and responsible drinking seriously.
